He was predeceased by : his parents, Irvine Rouse and Brenda Rouse (Woodworth); his significant other Marjorie L. Rouse (Mitton); and his siblings, Doug Rouse (Alice-Lou), Betty Coughey (Jamie) and Kaye Minor.
He is survived by : his children, Michael (Kirsten) of St. Andrews, David (Deborah) of Fredericton, Carol of Grand Cayman and Nancy of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Christopher (Susan), Jason, Jeffrey and Jane; and his sisters-in-law, Gladys Kennedy and Charline Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
