He was predeceased by : his parents, Finlow S. O'Donnell and Martha Jane O'Donnell (Amos); and his siblings, Winston, Perley, Mont, Gerald, Annabelle Pond and Gretta O'Donnell.

He is survived by : his children, Orland (Kathe) of Blackville, Michael (Roxanne) of Nelson Hollow and Viola Savage of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Heather O'Donnell of Saint John, Andrew O'Donnell of Grand Prairie, AB, Stephen Savage of Fredericton, Jillian VanHorne (Justin) of Harvey, Kevin Savage (Lacey Fanjoy) of Halifax, NS, Lisa O'Donnell of Blackville, Nicholas O'Donnell (Sarah) of McNamee and Adam O'Donnell (Chelsie) of Doaktown; and his great grandchildren, Ashton O'Donnell, Amanda O'Donnell, Wade MacWilliams and Brody VanHorne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Carroll's Crossing Baptist Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
