He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Votour and Anna Votour (Brewer); his niece Jennifer Votour; his nephew William Jinson; his uncle Royden Brewer; and his brothers-in-law, Barry Price and Mike Munn.

He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Beek (John), Linda Price-Parker (Derwin), Sherry Voutour (Simon), Brenda Munn (John Aube), Tammy Snow, Matthew Votour and Richard Votour (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
