David Belliveau Obituary

He was predeceased by: his father Oswald Belliveau; and his nephew Brian. He is survived by: his mother Edwina Belliveau; his siblings, Rob and Sandra; his siblings' children, Jessica (Jonathan), Emily (Dave), Madison, Charlie, Nicholas (Terra) and Bryce; and his godmother Alice LeBlanc. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory may be made to a local animal shelter or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
