Though Lowell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lowell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James LeBlanc and Jeannine LeBlanc (Saulnier). He is survived by: his wife Rachelle; his daughters, Nathalie Adams (Leslie) of Quispamsis and Jolyne Frenette (Jeremie) of Memramcook; his grandchildren, Cedric and Lily; his pets, Hunter and Daisy; and his brother Edwin LeBlanc (Stella) of Dieppe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
