With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Alta Blaney (Millville, New Brunswick), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2024 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Alta Blaney to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther McLaughlin and Ruth McLaughlin (Brayson); her brother David McLaughlin; and her cousin Abby Stairs. She is survived by: her significant other Mack Blaney of Nortondale, NB; her children, Kristy Pickard (Jeff), Shane Theriault (Katie), Michele Bustard (Rocky), Joe Blaney (Janet) and Mary Blaney (Marty); her grandchildren, Zachary Pickard, Devon Pickard (Jenn), Alya Theriault (Ian), Mia Theriault (Brendon), Tia Blaney (Matthew), Levi Blaney (Briana), Brandon Foster (Amber), Brycen Flewelling (Robin) and Olivia Bustard; her great grandchildren, Avery, Karsen, Kohen, Brielle, Brinlee and Beau; and her brother Gary McLaughlin (Susan). She is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Millville Legion (3972 NB-104, Millville, NB E6E1S9).
