He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Barr and Mary Barr; and his sister Margaret Estabrooks. He is survived by : his wife Pamela Barr (McConaghy); his sisters, Edith Holland of Fredericton, NB and Betty Donahue of Fredericton, NB; his children, Steven Barr (Toby) of Fredericton, NB, Fred Barr (Janie) of McAdam, NB, Derrick Barr (Helen) of Saint John, Donna Penney (Derek) of Innisfail, AB, Candy Bateman (Martin) of Shediac Cape and Lynn Neal (Chris); his grandchildren, Heather, Jami, Danielle, Andrew, Jonathan, Brett, Lynn, Tristen, Allyson and Karley; his stepgrandchildren, Theresa and Anne-Louise; and his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Natalie, Ameila, Jack, Samuel and Rowan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
