He is survived by: his children, Jason King, William Colpitts, Kait Colpitts, Alexa Stack Mills, Lauren Stack Mills and Olivia Stack Mills; his sister Mary-Anne Matheson (Gaylen); his close friends, Tracey Stack Mills and Brian Lacey; his pet Miko; his son Stephen Kempt; and his close friends, Kirk, Dixie Firlotte, Jules and Paulette Fasquel. He is also survived by several relatives and close friends.
