He was predeceased by : his parents, John Sr. Monks and Annie Monks; and his siblings, Blois and Joy. He is survived by : his girlfriend Rhonda Huffman; his girlfriend's son Robert Huffman; his children, Billy, Terry Monks, Mandy Monks-Cherry, Tammie Monks and Cassie Levesque; and his siblings, Johnny, Angus Monks and Brenda. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
