He was predeceased by: his parents, George Boyn and Rosella Boyn (Williams); his former wife Elsie Boyn (Hasselman); his wife Kathryn Bobbett-Boyn; his siblings, Silas, Robert, John, Tommy, Walter, Fred, Edward, Georgia, Loretta and Kate; and his siblings-in-law, Sterling Drost, Ronald Foss, George Foss, Jean Boyne, Lucy Boyne and Geraldine Boyne.
He is survived by: his children, David Jr (Betty), Kelly Palmer (Bob) and Melissa Coburn (Kendall); his siblings, Arthur, Minnie Foss, Margaret Foss, Lydia Drost and Sylvia Goodheart (Chris); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Noel, Dorothy Waite and Marie Boyne; and his grandchildren, Elise (Austin), Jordan, Morgan, Karlie (Cole), Eddie, Wyatt, Louie, Tucker and Hunter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
