He was predeceased by: his parent Telexphore Vautour; and his siblings, Eddie, Ernest, Joey, Henry and Ida McLean.

He is survived by: his parent Obeline Vautour (Cormier); his wife Martha Vautour (Caissie); his children, Gary (Karen), Mike (Lucy), Andy (Barb) and Judy Merrifield (Ted); his grandchildren, Natasha, Mitch, Crystal, Ashley, Curtis, Corey, Joshua, Christie, Bradley and Sophie; and his brothers, Gerald (Dorothy), Norman (Joanne), Emile Vautour and Several. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
