Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Glen Gerald Gilks (Minto, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 92, on November 25, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lester and Anna Marie Gilks (Larson); his grandson Nicholas Goodwin; and his siblings, Norris Gilks, Pat Fox, Alice Beveridge, Catherine Gilks and Louise Anderson.

He is survived by: his spouse Exelda Gilks (Williams); his children, David Gilks (Marion), Steven Gilks (Bobbi), Ann-Marie King (Mark) and Karen Jackson (Gilbert); and his siblings, Fredi Nason (Butch), Karen Hodgson (Bill), Dawn Scriber (Ron), Earl Gilks, Joyce LeTourneau, Joan Fletcher and Shirley Swan (Leroy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion: Fredericton Branch No. 4 or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
