He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Piper and Phyllis Piper (Harben); and his siblings, Alan Piper and June Piper. He is survived by: his siblings, Derek (Terry) and Charlene Thorhauge (Rolf); and his sister-in-law Betty Piper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
