She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Doherty and Blanche Doherty (Wiggins); her husband Douglas Maston; her sons, Donnie and Roy Maston; her siblings, Ralph Doherty, Beulah Rae Doherty, Roberta MacAuley and Bernice Grear; and her close friend Simon Petitpas.

She is survived by: her children, David (Gerrie), Wayne (Bonnie), Brian (Elizabeth), Gary (Shelly), Rodney (Brenda) and Wanda Goguen (Maurice); and her sister Marlene Mercer (David). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.
