She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wheaton and Emma Wheaton (Knox); her husband Ronald Leigh Sleep; her son Brian Sleep; and her siblings, Elsie Pontbriand, Marilyn Ackerson, Avis Pyne, June Jordan, Betty Foss, Glenna Goodheart and John "Jack" Wheaton.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda (Henry Wall); her daughter-in-law Louise Sleep; her grandchildren, Andrew Wall (Karen), Kyle Wall (Heather), Nicole Shorrock (Donald) and Jeffrey Sleep (Maryann); and her great grandchildren, Layla, Mila, Wyatt, Kasey, Carter, Riley, Emma, Irleyn and Willow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
