He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Chase and Dorothy Chase (Madore); and his siblings, Vernon, Robert, Winston Chase, James and Marilyn Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chase (Spears); his children, Darren Chase and Wendy Robichaud (Mark); his grandchildren, Lyle and Erynn Robichaud; his siblings, Delores Mills (Aubrey) and John Chase (Vickie); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Shirley, Florence, Donna and Geraldine Chase. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
