She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Maranda and Emily Maranda (Richard); her children, Ricky Maranda (Yvonne), Lisa White (Gary) and Mike Maranda (Tanya); her close friend Dwight Meyer; and her brother Gerald (Mary).

She is survived by : her close friend Aubrey Thompson; her grandchildren, Taylor, Michael, Corey, Hillary and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Aubreigh, Amelia and Cedar. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
