She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Rickard and Mabel Rickard (Dickson); her husband Beverly William Brown; her daughter Bernadette Cheryl Brown; and her siblings, Ellen Jones, Pearl Hutchison and Freddy Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Brown (Colleen), Mark Brown (Twila), Sheila Urquhart (Douglas) and Bonita Morabito (Ashley). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
