She is survived by: her husband Brian Akerley; her daughter Sarah McAdam (Kris Wigle); her stepchildren, Catherine Black (Brian) and Tim Akerley (Gloria); her siblings, Holly McAdam (Mike Dupuis) and Perry McAdam (Sheila); her half-siblings, Cindy McAdam and Paul McAdam Jr. (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Brenda Hare. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
