He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pollick and Ethel Pollick (Crawford); and his siblings, Goldwyn, Malcolm, Hayward, William Pollick, Edna Harding, Laura Curtis and Annie Kowalsky.

He is survived by: his wife Melvine Pollick (Voutour); his daughter Deborah McNamara (Nelson); his granddaughter Leanne; his great grandchild Hanna; and his brother Allan Pollick (Marg). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

For those who wish, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
