She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fidele and Marie-Anne Johnson (Richard); her husband Joseph Paul Charles Mercier; and her brother Roger Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Monique Mercier-Brown, Paul Mercier (Cynthia) and Paulette Mercier-Fasquel (late Jules); her grandchildren, Chantal, Riley Mercier-Brown, Taylor Agnew, Alisha Agnew (Ben) and Coralie Mercier; her siblings, Gerald Johnson (Maria), Benoit Johnson and Laurianne Fraser (late Ricki); and her siblings' children, Pauline Johnson and Dana Johnson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services (10 King St, Minto, NB E4B3N5). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Barbara's Parish Catholic Church (240 Main St, Minto, NB E4B3R7).
