With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Aletha Connell R. N. (Miramichi, New Brunswick), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Aletha left this world on September 28, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mothers, Mary Aletha Jardine (Williston) and Grace Watling (Williston); and her siblings, Carson Jardine (Jean), Willis Jardine (Betty), Vera (Jardine), Wilson (Jim), June (Watling), Morris (John), Shirley (Watling) and Traer (Walter).
She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Gallant (Bill) of Miramichi and Gayle Trevors (late Brian) of Miramichi; her grandchildren, Tara and Timothy; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Ella, Briah, Sawyer, Theo and Ruby Jade; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Shaddick (Winston) of Miramichi, Edward Shaddick of Miramichi and Reg Johnston of Miramichi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Ltd. (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (750 Water St, Miramichi, NB E1N4B8).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
