He is survived by : his wife Heather Carter (Hewitt) of Miramichi; his children, Melanie Carter Northcutt of Ooltewah, Angela Carter of Hixson, Tennessee, Jason Carter of Greenville, Jonathan Carter of San Francisco and California; and his grandson Carter Northcutt.
