We announce the death of Alphonse Malley (Miramichi, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary-Ann (late Vincent), Melvin (late Cecile), Gerald (late Mona), Alyre (late Leona) and Laura (Edgar); and his children, David, Alice, Mary and Johnny.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alvida (Emelda) and Anna (late Lionel); his former wife Doris; his wife Betty; his grandchildren, Christopher and Christina; his great grandchildren, Izaak, Izadora and Izabel; his grandson Gregory (Anya); his great grandchildren, Scott, Melissa, Madelyn, Alyana and Taliya; his grandson Michael (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Megan and Sophia; his grandson Travis (Alicia); his great grandchildren, Elliot and Catherine; Joan Malley (late David).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Northumberland Funeral Home (102 Pleasant St, Miramichi, NB E1V1X7). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Paroisse de L'Ascension Church (1913 Beaverbrook Rd, Beaver Brook, NB E1V4S8).
