It is with great sadness that we announce the death of André Villeneuve (Miramichi, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Villeneuve (Tremblay) and Hyppolyte Villeneuve; his former wife Marilyn (Wade); his siblings, Robert, Marcel, Christian, Denise of Quebec and Suzanne of Quebec; and his mother-in-law Dianne Ramsay of Miramichi.
He is survived by: his wife Christine (Ramsay); his stepchildren, Ricky Mather (Pam) of Miramichi and Lyndsay Mather of Victoria, BC.; his siblings, Jean Marie (Francine) of Saint-Philémon, Quebec and Roseann of Quebec; his siblings-in-law, André Trembly of Chicoutimi, Gordon Ramsay (Ann) of Stratford, PEI, Graham Wade (Mary) of Miramichi, Karl Wade (Diane) of Miramichi, Jacqueline Robichaud (Roland) of Miramichi and Cindy Ramsay (Jeff Inkpen) of Miramichi; his grandson Chase; his stepgrandchildren, Klinton and Grayson Miller of Fredericton; and his stepchildren, Karen Miller (Bruce) of Fredericton and Ralph Doucette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Percy's Place.
