He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois McKinnon; his children, Donna Matthews of Orangeville, Ontario and Rodney Matthews (Melissa) of Brantford, Ontario; his stepson Matthew McKinnon (Buena) of Miramichi; his sister Susan Mantik of Winnipeg, Manitoba; his grandchildren, Peyton and Catherine; his stepgrandson Austin McKinnon; his niece Barb; and his nephews, Billy and Ron.
