He was predeceased by : his parents, Alan Dumaresq and Geraldine Dumaresq (Wells); and his son Scott. He is survived by : his wife Alice; and his sisters, Charlyne Swan (Larry Swan) and Cheryl Bremner (Denis Bremner). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 12:45 PM and at 2:00 PM. Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Ltd. (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9).

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Miramichi Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
