We are sad to announce that, on November 21, 2023, at the age of 101, Carmel Foley (Miramichi, New Brunswick) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carmel Foley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy McDonnell and Hannah McDonnell (Esson) of Douglasfield; her siblings, Kathleen English (Adrian), John (Kad), Tim (Anne) and Edmund (Anne); and her husband Earl Foley of Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sarty (late Bill), Ellen Foley (Paul) and Tim Foley (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Tim Sarty (Amanda), Will Sarty, Christine Carr (Duane), Brad Foley and Nick Foley (Holly); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Tanner, Sophia, Brayden, Hannah, Ella, Liam, Ellen and Carter; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Foley and Helene Kilger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to St. Patrick's Cemetery, Extramural Program, or Friends of Beaubears Island.
