It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clare Marie McQuaid (Miramichi, New Brunswick), who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Phelan and Marguerite Phelan (Kenny); and her sister Beverly Rodgers (George). She is survived by : her husband James McQuaid; her children, Angela McQuaid Murphy (Kyle), Melissa McQuaid (Keith) and Robert McQuaid (Jasmine); and her siblings, Reginald Phelan (Stella), Johnny Phelan and Paulette Kelly (Donnie).
