He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar White and Winnifred White; and his sister Lesley Green. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer and Nancy Lee White of Miramichi, NB; his brother-in-law Fred Green (Junior) of Miramichi, NB; his cousins, Anne Schwark of Ottawa, ON and Don Crocker of Nanaimo, BC.; and his friend Harper. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews.
In David's memory, donations may be made to the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation.
