He is survived by: his children, Kyla Frank of Miramichi, NB, Chris Frank of British Columbia and Katie Frank (Luke) of Miramichi, NB; his friend Patty Deitch of Miramichi, NB.; his grandchildren, Lennox and Rowan; his siblings, Maureen Paras (Emile) of Saint John, NB, Terri Frank of Saint John, NB and John Frank (Michael) of Saint John, NB; his sister-in-law Jane Frank of Ottawa, Ontario; his nieces and nephews, Jason, Kurt, Erin, Christine, Martha, Emily, Sophia, Carolyn, Cairina, Jesse and Jacob; and his close friend Noonan Gorman.
