He was predeceased by: his father John "Jack" Foley; and his cousin Kleon. He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Foley (Godbout); his stepbrother Robert (Tracey); his nephew Robert of Vancouver; his niece Jette of Ottawa; his cousins, Josh, Kelsie and Tasha; and his friend Devin.
