He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vickers and Ruby Vickers (Silliker). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Vickers (L'Huillier) of Miramichi; his son John Vickers "J. V." (Brittni) of Fort McMurray, AB; his siblings, Betty White (late David) of Miramichi, Nancy McKinley (Lorne) of Miramichi, Pam Vickers of Miramichi, Paula Vickers of Miramichi, Barbara Jean MacDougall (Rick) of Miramichi, Frank Vickers of Miramichi and Jerry Vickers of Miramichi; and his grandson Tristan Vickers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendrier Northumberland Funeral Home (102 Pleasant St, Miramichi, NB E1V1X7).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a memorial of one's choice.
