It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John MacDonald of Miramichi, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John MacDonald to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold MacDonald and Georgina MacDonald (Loggie); and his siblings, Beverly and Eleanor Beek. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Merritt (late David) of Miramichi; his nieces, Debbie (Bob), Dawn (Tom) and Wanda (Mike); his brother-in-law Joseph Beek; his nephew Harold Beek; and his cousins, Joyce McKnight (late Joseph), Marilyn McKnight (Jody), Michael McKnight and Carol MacDonald.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
