With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Carlyn MacAllister (Miramichi, New Brunswick), who passed away on March 5, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Travis and Effie Travis (Tozer); her former husband Ronald Robichaud; her son-in-law Timothy Stewart (Nimmer); her great grandchild Samuel Sherrard; and her siblings, Lesley, Benson, Edgeley, Ernie, Eddie and Beatrice Nowlan.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Clarence MacAllister; her children, Debbie Stewart (David), Valerie Sherrard (George) and Calvin MacAllister (Alison); her grandchildren, Joshua, Lucas, Kristie, Kayla, Kyle and Carly; and her great grandchildren, Rachel, Ethan, Jillian, Liam, Rori, Gradi and Isaac.
As expressions of sympathy, donations made to Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home would be greatly appreciated by the family.
