It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Minnie MacDonald (Miramichi, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 80, on May 12, 2022. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Belding and Eunice Belding (Adams); her siblings, James Belding, Wilfred Belding, Tony Belding, Grant Belding and Sheila Kolody; and her grandson Tyler MacDonald.

She is survived by : her husband Leonard MacDonald; her children, Valerie MacDonald, Gail MacDonald (Yves Manuel) of Baie, Wade MacDonald (Ruth) of Miramichi, Gary MacDonald and Rodney MacDonald of Stouffville, ON; her siblings, Diane MacDonald (Dale) of Point, Lawrence Adams (Audrey) of Little Branch, NB, Frank Belding (Grace) of Lower Newcastle and Jarvis Belding of Ottawa, ON; her grandchildren, Connie, Elaina and Albert; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Trevor, Sean, Kaylee, Jason, Catherine, Jorja, Matthew and Andrew; and her great great grandchild Lyla. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Miramichi SPCA, Black River Community Cemetery, or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
