It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Shaddick (Miramichi, New Brunswick), born in Blissfield, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Frederick Shaddick of Losier Hall; her parents, Gordon Hovey and Mary Hovey (Weaver); and her siblings, Grace McLean, Jennie Russell, Robert, Wilson "Mug" and Mac Hovey.

She is survived by : her children, Wayne of Miramichi, NB and Lynn Allison (Brian) of Whitney, NB; her granddaughters, Tara Allison, Jillian Coughlan (Jeff) and Sophie Shaddick-Good; her great grandchildren, Jace and Ellie; her caregiver Ann MacTavish; and her sisters-in-law, Monica Hovey and Audrey Shaddick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
