Marilyn M. Russell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn M. Russell of Miramichi, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Ellis and Edith Ellis (O'Connor); and her husband Glenn. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Russell (Edward "Ted" Holden) of Antigonish; her grandson Hollis Holden (Blossom) of Halifax; and her siblings, Glenna Russell (Leonard) of Kensington, Sharon Emmerson (Bob) of Black Creek, Shirley Rok (Adam) of Barry's Bay, Rilla Scully (Danny) of Rexton and Rod Ellis (Lisa) of Black Creek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Ltd. (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Miramichi Food Bank or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
