He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Scott and Myrtle Scott (Henderson); and his siblings, Merle, Doreen Scott and Betty Ann Scott (Tony LeBlanc).
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Scott (Hogan) of Miramichi; his daughters, Melissa Scott of Miramichi and Sonia Hofer (Phil) of Florida; his brothers, Blair Scott (late Freida) of Loggieville, Kenneth Scott (Judy) of Alberta and Glen Scott of Strathadam; his grandchildren, Cristel Hamilton (Ryan) and Kael McKibbon (Kayleigh Miller); and his great grandchildren, Ryker Hamilton, Rayna Hamilton and Ronyn McKibbon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendrier Northumberland Funeral Home (102 Pleasant St, Miramichi, NB E1V1X7).
