He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil MacKnight and Irma MacKnight (Turbide); and his siblings, Marie Crawford (Scotty), Anna MacDonald, Phyliss Johnson (Ted), Winnifred Halman (Winnie) and Leonard MacKnight.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Thibeault (Marc), Raelene MacKnight, Heather Hinchey (Kevin) and Paul MacKnight; his half-sisters, Barbara and Jo-Anne Duplessis; his grandchildren, Matthew, Josh, Fabien, Samantha, Elyse and Celine; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Henry and Sadie; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra MacKnight, Joyce MacKnight, Elmer MacDonald and Les Halman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
