He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Moar and Arleen Moar (Clarkin); and his sister Mary Rita. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Moar (Quinn); his sons, Eddie Moar and Kyle Moar (Moniqua); his grandchildren, Macy and Greyson Moar; and his siblings, John A Moar (Mary), Linda Moar and Lois Russell (Harold).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Basilica (10 Howard St, Miramichi, NB E1N3A7).
