He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Hosford and Elva Hosford; his wife Linda; his grandson Maddox Thompson; and his brother Ricky Hosford (Starr Hosford).
He is survived by: his daughter Candace Hosford (Alex Thompson) of Port Syndey; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Octavia Thompson; his siblings, Bruce Hosford (Cathy) and Alma Matchett (Delbert); his siblings' children, Heather Woodworth, Amy Hosford, Shasta Hosford, Alison Hosford, James Hosford, Vinnie Hosford, Kirby Matchett and Colin Matchett; his children, Blair Ditchburn and Dan Ditchburn of Ontario; George Sedgewick, Michael Sedgewick, Betty Grinde and Brenda Sedgewick.
