Sara Elizabeth left this world on June 8, 2025 at the age of 41, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her father Tony Matchett of Miramichi; her aunt Cynthia Tozer; and her grandparents, Blair, Dorothy Matchett, Francis Estey and Edith Ashton (Mullin).

She is survived by: her mother Carol Mae Matchett (Estey) of Miramichi; her daughters, Myrie Matchett, Maybree Matchett and Myka Matchett-Morris; and her sister Sonya Hamilton of Miramichi.
