She is survived by : her husband Wilfred; her children, Cheryl (Perry Matchett) and Alexander Ward; her granddaughters, Amber Ward and Jenna Matchett; her sister Merinda MacDonald; her sister-in-law Janice MacDonald of Membertou; her pets, Buster and Clarke; her siblings-in-law, Philomena, Jane Simonson, Lucy Martin, Barbara Isaac Ward and Raymond; her godchildren, Edna Doucette, Quentin Doucette, Wendy Ward, Stacey McCormack, Tracey Ward, Joshua Bernard, Eric Barnaby and Luca Denny; and her sister-in-law Irene Paul.
