He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Holt (MacKenzie) and Edward Nowlan; his stepfather David Holt; and his niece Katelynn. He is survived by: his wife Shawn Nowlan (Estey) of Miramichi; his children, Andrew Nowlan (Bahar) of Canmore, AB and Kelsey Nowlan of Miramichi; and his siblings, Fred Nowlan (Mary) of Miramichi and Sandra Guth (Ben) of Miramichi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
