It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter J. Carroll of Miramichi, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gary Carroll; his friend Joey Walsh; and his close friends, Matthew Walsh and Bradley Russell (Chopper). He is survived by: his mother Marina Carroll; his children, Emily Stewart (Scott), Olivia Carroll (Evan) and Eric Carroll (Alexa); the mother of his children Holly Wiebe; his grandchildren, Kylie, Matthew and Liam; his siblings, Gary Carroll (Elizabeth), Crystal Carroll, Jen Fleming (Brandon) and Sunshine Carroll; and his close friend Sandy.
Instead, those who wish to honour his memory are encouraged to make a donation to addiction awareness and recovery programs.
