She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Baker and Henry Baker; her husband Albert Heckel; her siblings, Aubrey Baker and Maxine Baker; and her daughter Laurie Hofman.
She is survived by: her sons, Len Heckel (Catherine), Larry Heckel (Lisa) and Kurt Heckel (Bonnie); her son-in-law Brent Hofman; her sisters, Joanne Roach (Elmer) and Inez Bartlett (Robert); her sister-in-law Edna Baker; and her brother Alton Baker (Rita). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9).
