He was predeceased by: his parents, John Laird and Rebecca Laird (MacFarlane); his son Stephen Laird; and his siblings, Ruby Happney, Hilda Crossman, Lloyd, Everett, George and John.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy MacDougall and Austin Laird (Myrtle). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Those attending will be asked to show proof of vaccination, wear a mask, and maintain social distancing.
