He was predeceased by : his siblings, Anthony, Mary and Victor. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Zahra (Killam); his children, Angela Wry (Charles), Sharon Zahra (John), Jessica Asselstine (Bryan) and Michael Steeves; his siblings, Maggie Zahra, Rita Bugeja (Joe), Charlie (Eileen) and Joseph (Mary); his grandchildren, Oriana, Dustin, Alistaire, Connery, Michael, Matthew, Mikaela, Maria, Claire and Abigail; and his great grandchild Bryson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations made to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by his family.
