It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alida M. Betts (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Collette and Zeila Collette (Caissie); and her husband Gerald. She is survived by : her sons, Gerry of Edmonton, AB, Rick of Moncton, NB, Scott of Moncton, NB and Lance (Sandra) of Humbolt, SK; and her siblings, Jean (Bob), Joanne (Dave), Muriel Biddiscomb (Jean), Rose, Raymond and Bobby. She is also survived by several grandchildren as well as several great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 11th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9).

Remembrances in Alida's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
